HTC VIVE Focus Vision - Business Photoshoot
In my role as Producer on this project, I led a photoshoot dedicated to showcasing the VIVE Focus Vision's enterprise applications. My responsibilities included managing the production from concept development through on-the-ground execution, ensuring all milestones were met on time and within budget. Collaborating closely with our in-house creative team, I developed a detailed production schedule, secured the necessary resources, and oversaw the selection and management of external vendors, including the production team and studio.
The shoot, focused on capturing high-quality still images that aligned with our shot list and marketing goals. My on-set oversight ensured that all frames were captured to spec, enabling the creation of versatile hero images. Following the production phase, I coordinated the handoff of assets to the post-production team to finalize the composites.
The final images were successfully deployed across multiple marketing channels, serving as hero assets on the vive.com website and featuring prominently in social media campaigns, email marketing, case studies, lead-generation efforts, and PR press releases. This project demonstrated my ability to deliver polished, impactful creative assets for a major product launch while managing budget constraints and tight timelines.
