Led production and direction for event content at MWC 2025 in Barcelona, hiring and managing a local crew of shooters, sound, and editing support. Developed and communicated pre-production plans, including messaging, schedules, and deliverables, while handling travel and on-site logistics. Directed daily production on the show floor and oversaw post-production, guiding the editor and approvals process to deliver 1–2 videos per day alongside photography assets for rapid event coverage.
