This video showcases a collaboration between the Texas Immersive Institute at University of Texas at Austin and VIVERSE, highlighting how immersive education can scale through accessible, browser-based tools. The piece was created to demonstrate how students can design and publish interactive WebXR experiences using platforms like PlayCanvas and VIVERSE, reinforcing the product’s role in enabling the next generation of creators.
I produced and directed the project end-to-end, capturing all video and audio independently. I developed the story approach, filmed student work and interviews on location, and edited the final piece to highlight the progression from concept to deployment. The video focuses on both the creative output and the learning process, showing how students move from idea to fully realized interactive experiences.
This project demonstrates the ability to translate emerging technology into clear, human-centered storytelling. It highlights a strong understanding of education as a use case for immersive platforms, while showcasing how accessible tools can empower new creators to build and publish their own work.
