My role on this project focused on leading post-production while also establishing the overall workflow and team alignment. With footage captured by our internal Creative Studio team in Taiwan, I built the project intake process, aligned with stakeholders on scope, budget, and timeline, and set clear milestones while tracking progress in Trello for full transparency. I assembled and guided a small creative team, defining roles and responsibilities, and executed the post-production myself, including music selection and clearance, editing, sound design, and final delivery in Adobe Premiere Pro. The project was completed in under one week, with optimized exports across multiple aspect ratios tailored for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
